The United States Post Office takes Control of Email
Kelly Noonan
No longer will people be able to sent mail for free over the internet. The U.S Postal Service has for years been complaining about the financial troubles they have faced since the develoment of email. Today the government has finally act. Now that nearly all mail is electronic, the post office claims it has no choice but to take control of email, and charge people for its use. Email users have until the end of the year to send as many free email as they can because beginning Jan. 1, it will cost them $1 per page. People already have begun to speculate on how this change will impact businesses and students.
