Congress Announces the Importance of Computers in Education
March 16, 2056

The United States Congress decides that computer education in school is necessary and mandates enough money to provide every school in the United States with one computer for every two students.  Finally schools are able to train their students on the state of the art equipment that the business world has been using for fifty years.  All schools have equal technology and all the schools' systems are standarized so that software designed for schools actually works on the schools' computers.
